AFLiCo IV : Registration

Rates

Early registration (before March, 28)

   100 euros (faculty) --- 80 euros (faculty, AFLiCo members)
   60 euros (students) --- 40 euros (students, AFLiCo members)

Registration

   120 euros (faculty) --- 100 euros (faculty, AFLiCo members)
   80 euros (students) --- 60 euros (students, AFLiCo members)

Additional fees

20 euros per meal (lunch time ; different menu each day with choice between fish/meat, same vegetarian menu); 45 euros for banquet (on May, 26th in the evening).

Registration process

Registration takes 2 steps :

• First, you have to pre-register and a member of the organizing committee will answer your request within 48 hours.
• You'll then receive an email inviting you to register (confirm a préregistration).

Payment of additional fees is required at the same time as registration fees, except for the Friday afternoon guided walking tour of the city (the cost, which is dependent on the number of participants is to be paid at conferrence registration). Every conference participant, irrespective of whether they are presenting and of what fees they are paying must register on-line !

N.B. For administrative grounds, we won't be able to accept registrations or payments after April 29th)

Method of payment :

• by bank transfer for members of French Public Institutions : participant gets via email a pré-bon de commande. He then sends a bon de commande or a check to the comptable de la délégation Rhône-Auvergne (DR7)
• by credit card in any other cases.
